Due to delays within the United States Post Service (USPS), there may be a delay in the transit time and delivery of your purchase. With our customers in mind, Moisture Love is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed for shipment within 72 business hours except for holidays, specials orders, and during sales. Processing & shipping times will be announced during these times. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from curlie@moisturelove.com indicating it's shipment.If priority mail or any other expedited shipping is selected, a tracking code will also be emailed upon processing. 

Expediting Processing

If you are wishing to have your processing time expedited, please send this request and include your invoice number to curlie@moisturelove.com immediately after you place your order. There is a $25 processing fee for expedited processing. Selecting expedited shipping methods, ie overnight shipping, has no affect on processing time, and these orders will still be processed for shipping within 72 business hours, unless an email is received along with the expedited processing fee.  

Product Appearance and Variation

We are a completely plant based product line, therefore there is chance for variation in product, color, consistency and fragrance due to its natural nature. In the event you've received product and its appearance appears to be unusually different from a previous product, please send us an email to curlie@moisturelove.com with pictures and a description of the concern. We'll do our best to respond immediately and if it is deemed unusual, we'll ship a replacement version free of charge. 

Note: The Seal with a Kiss Finishing Oil has been infused with marshmallow and horsetail leaf, it is completely normal to see small herbal particles settling toward the bottom of the bottle. Think of it as an extra hair vitamin boost!

Returned Packages

 Please be sure that your shipping address is correct. If the product is returned to us for any reason (wrong address, not picked up, etc) we will gladly send another shipment, however a new shipping fee will be charged for the order, and the previous shipping payment WILL NOT be refunded.

If you do not choose to purchase route and your package is lost, stolen or damaged upon arrival, you will be responsible for personally filing a claim with UPS here

At Moisture Love we're devoted to providing a higher degree of moisture and hydration to your hair, and feel confident that our products will do just that! However if you purchase a product from www.moisturelove.com and you don't experience more moisture then we'll refund your order. Here is what you'll need to do. 

1. Send us an email to curlie@moisturelove.com with subject: Moisture Love Return. Be sure to include your name, order #, order date, and an image of the products. This email must be received within 90 days of your purchase date.

2. Secure and ship the product back to us.The shipment must be received within 10 days of the original email request for return.

3. We'll refund the cost of the products, less the shipping costs, within 10 days of receipt of the products. Your refund will not include the original cost of shipping, and will be paid to you in the same form of payment as the original purchase. If you had chosen another product that you would like for us to order, please also send that information in the email and we'll order it within 10 business days as well. 

 Cancelled Orders

We know sometimes things happen and we make purchases that we may realize we don't want or need. We will gladly refund products that have not been processed for shipping, but an email must be sent to curlie@moisturelove.com with 24 hours of your purchase along with the order number. Once your order has been processed for shipping we aren't able to cancel your order.

Damaged/Missing Products

If you receive a defective shipment of Moisture Love,  notice must be sent to curlie@moisturelove.com with pictures of the damage and or package of missing product within 48 hours of receipt. You'll have the option to request a refund or replacement for the damaged or missing products. Once your email and pictures have been received, you receive a confirmation email from curlie@moisturelove.com confirming reimbursement or new shipment.

Coupons & Promotions

Whenever we are running a storewide promotion or sale, all coupon codes are disabled unless otherwise noted. Only 1 promotion is applicable at a time, ie 20% off, free shipping, etc.  If you have trouble applying a coupon, please email us at curlie@moisturelove.com.
