The shampoo is mild, but effective. The consistency is a bit deceptive- no thickeners so I'm mindful of not using too much. My hair is very porous, so I don't need a lot of conditioning time for the moisturizer. The oil goes a long way. Great ingredients. I just added a protein moisturizer to my regimen, too.
